    1A1R Cutting Off Wheel is speciall for making grooves and cutting process. With steel core and very thinner working layer like 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm etc. 2 different abrasves are available in makeing the cutting off wheel. They are Diamond Cutting off wheel, CBN Cutting Off Wheel. All the cutting off wheels can be produced in standard size, but also can be produced as technique drawing. Besides the size, the grit is also an important element to produce the cutting off wheel. It depends on the cutting efficiency and surface finish.
