High Precision Electroplated Grinding Wheels

    When high stock removal rates is required, electroplated grinding wheels is an excellent option. A single, Uniform diamond layer or Cbn layer will be electroplated on a steel substrate which was machined as drawing. Since this structure and bonding system, many different grinding wheels with complicated shape grinding wheels can be produced. For electroplated bond grinding wheels, there is no need to dress during the life span. This avoids downtime and eliminates the need of a dressing device. The worn electroplated wheels can be replated when the abrasive layer is used up. 

    Electroplated wheels are noted for relatively large grit protrusion and higher concentration of 200. This results in free cutting propertieis and in high stock removal rate. Cause very little change on wheel after used when strong holding shape ability is needed.
